Plaintiffs filed claims of economic losses, asserting that consumers overpaid when they bought or leased GM vehicles that were subject to the mentioned recalls in the suit. The GM vehicles’ ignition system, key rotation, electronic power steering and/or side airbag wiring were involved in the recalls. The Defendants — New GM, the GUC Trust, and the AAT — deny these accusations.
