I was going through my paperwork and noticed that I did file online a claim form receipt. My claim number is 10160199201. What is the status of whether any settlements will be issued? Please provide update. Thank you.

Still waiting to see what the status is on this please,

    ADMIN – Hi Janine,

This settlement was paid out a long time ago

      Janine,
I spoke with the corporate office of Godiva. She said that the judge HAS NOT issued final decision in the case as he has a few things left to look at before making final decision. Who ever gave you this information WAS INCORRECT. Contact corporate to confirm the information. May I suggest that next time you contact corporate to get your information before misleading the public on false information. Until judge issues final decision, no funds are available as of yet for payout.

    • DARRYL says:

WHAT? ALREADY PAID OUT? I DIDN’T GET A CHECK.

  3. Michael says:

This hasn’t been paid yet. Appeal hearing was 10/23 and stricken down. Checks still haven’t gone out at least I haven’t received mine yet.

  4. Ray says:

This hasn’t been paid out yet. From what I read, ….it just passed final appeals on Oct 3, 2018. We are still awaiting checks to be sent out. I was told that they normally have 45 days to render checks, but I still haven’t heard of anyone receiving theirs yet. And I was one of the randomly selected people to prove my case. Thank God I was taught to keep receipts for 5-7yrs.
