Do you know of any class action suits for IHC Health Solutions Independence Holding Group? For misleading me to believe my medical would be covered, and they paid nothing!

    ADMIN – Hi Kimberly,

I don’t but you can always reach out to a class action attorney.

  2. Sonia says:

Do you know of any class action suits for Health Net for providers not being paid?

    ADMIN – Hi Sonia,

    Not at the moment.

  3. Richard Boyer says:

Does this apply to 2019? I had a HealthNet policy in 2019 and had nearly zero docs in my area. I’m in southern California in Riverside county. Also, HealthNet wrongfully denied my claim for months until the Cal. DOI forced them to cover my procedure under an independent medical review. I don’t know if you guys do only class action work or if you work on claims. I now have a healthNet HMO policy and they couldn’t find a doctor for the procedure the State of California approved. HealthNet is a joke.

Hi, Richard. The claims deadline indicated on this post goes back to 06/25/2018. Also, sorry to hear about your claim being denied by HealthNet until California DOI intervened. Just need to clarify a point: we don’t “do class action work” — as we are not settlement administrators of any legal case. We are simply an online *newspaper* posting various open settlements for U.S. companies. Hope your health has taken a turn for the better.
