I get multiple calls several times a week from Jason. I tell him that I am not interested, but he calls again the next day. This is madness.
I was getting these call all the time to where it was eating up my minutes on my phone

I received numerous telephone calls from HSBC From representatives that were very rude and pushy. evenwas told that I was being recorded when I said”No” I do not wish to be recorded.

The last I saw on this case was the attorney’s request for payment. This was on 10/16 the same day as the final hearing. That request leads me to believe it was approved but I was unable to locate anything that indicated when it was going to be paid.

What is the proposal payment amount per consumer who submitted the claim form for this lawsuit?

This is the way the settlement reads:
Settlement Class member compensation will vary. Certain Settlement Class members whose recorded telephone conversations have been identified from HSBC’s records will receive compensation based upon the number of recorded conversations. Other Settlement Class members whose calls have been identified as potentially being recorded will be required to submit a valid claim form (“Claim Form”) to receive compensation, which will be based upon the number of possibly recorded telephone conversations as determined from HSBC’s records. Finally, persons who are not identified within HSBC’s records must timely submit a valid Claim Form to receive a single cash award amount regardless of the number of possibly recorded telephone conversations.

I received a letter stating I was awarded a certain dollar amount on a letter dated 3/5/18.The letter said I needed to complete the form online and gave me login information to KCC.
It further stated the form was to be completed or postmarked no later than 4/4/18.
They asked me to complete a W-9 in this matter. I have heard nothing further and I complete this the day I received it. How do I get check status?

I think Larry is talking about the last part of think settlement where we had to send back a W-9 form by April 4th. Its been over 4 months without any acknowledgement of when we should receive a check.

Thank you for your help. I was able to track down information through class counsel and they where able to obtain information for me. Checks should go out the end of August.
Hello. I received my check thru the mail yesterday, Sept.5,2018 after I complied all necessary informations they needed including my SSS Number. The letterhead attached with a check from Bank of America. Attachment including the 2018 1099-MISC form for IRS. I went to the bank & tried to deposit it BUT the bank just advised me to check & verify with you if this check is LEGIT with the amount enclosed. If this check is a “scam or fake” check, my bank account will totally be closed. Pls. reply this message to clear mind. My gut says its TRUE & LEGIT but just to be sure. Thanks
