Class Eligibility

Class members of this settlement include all purchasers of the Hydroxycut products listed below between between May 9, 2006 and May 1, 2009,(purchases must have been made in the United States):

  • Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets
  • Hydroxycut Hardcore Liquid Caplets
  • Hydroxycut Max Liquid Caplets
  • Hydroxycut Regular Drink Packets
  • Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Drink Packets
  • Hydroxycut Hardcore Drink Packets (Ignition Stix)
  • Hydroxycut Max Drink Packets
  • Hydroxycut Liquid Shots
  • Hydroxycut Hardcore RTDs (Ready-to-Drink)
  • Hydroxycut Max Aqua Shed
  • Hydroxycut 24
  • Hydroxycut Carb Control
  • Hydroxycut Natural

Estimated Amount

class members have the option to receive either a cash payment or a product unit. Each product unit will be worth at least $25 and will contain your choice of any bottle of Hydroxycut Caffeine Free (72 count), Hydroxycut Pro Clinical (72 count), Hydroxycut Hardcore (60 count), or Hydroxycut Max (60 count).

Cash payments will vary and will be adjusted pro rata based on the number of valid cash claims made by Class Members.Keep in mind that the value may be adjusted up or down.

    Hey I dont know if anyones actually pays out. Do not have much exp. My ex got a LOT of these and I asked her to stop using ’em. I dont think we keep receipts. HOW LONG after the deadline do they really pay out? Any clue from someone who’s got some exp with these claims?

    The average is around six months after the closing deadline. But, it can take years if the case gets held up with appeals, if there are objections to the settlement, or other legal delays.

    DUH read what is says and you will see what was meant. Bit o’ Hi school English & math is all that’s needed.
    If you dont want product reimbursement the latter 2 sections should be nada , else their #’s should match.

    I remember seeing this claim awhile ago and I wanted to see if I could find proof of purchase for hydroxycut products that I bought, but I haven’t been able to find the receipts. Is there a way to tell if I filed for it when I first saw it? As I’m really not sure and I wouldn’t want to file a second claim.

    I tried sending in this claim form on the computer. I filled the application out & on the bottom when I went to click to send in the application it said previous instead of next to summit my application. What happened? Can you fix this?

    I tried using this product and it does not work. It does direct the opposite it makes me gain weight. And I have tried this several times. This product needs to be taken off the market. Can you fix this? I bought 2 bottles

    i have filled out the form with section 2 and 3 being correct and matching… But continue to get the error msg. I have purchased more than 5 units of the max over the last 2 years, obviously don’t have proof of purchase (who truly keeps these kinds of receipts) filled out the claim for for 3 units purchased and it will not accept my claim (error) where there is no error!!! So I gave up on the 3 units and tried for only 1 unit… Still received the error message???? Help please, but please don’t tell me to make sure sections 2 & 3 must match… As they do. Thanks.

    hydroxycut did not work at all for me. i bought hydroxycutfrom at the time then was eckerds drug store. i bought a bottle for 30 dollars and i didnt loose a once. i did everything the directions told me. wow! i thought i was spending my money on something that was gonna help me feel beautiful again, but instead i felt really depressed cause i was really looking forward to losing weight.

    I purchased the regular release pills (one bottle) and I thought it was the best thing ever! It gave me energy, and I did notice some weight loss. After a few weeks, I started to get a sharp pain in my heart, almost like a stick was stuck. I stopped using the product and after maybe a week, the symptoms went away. I thought I was going to die! I threw the pills away. To this date, I don’t use any supliments. Fruits, vegetables exercise and water is all I trust now.

    Everything is such a hoax. That Human Growth Hormone stuff they keep advertising on television, ‘HGH’, is also another hoax. They even lie about the money back guarantee. Once you use the stuff, there is no money back. It is only for UNOPENED bottles. What good is ordering it in the first place, if you are not allowed to try it? Once you try it, and it does NOT work, you are NOT allowed to receive your money back. So where is that so-called ‘ guarantee’?
