Hopefully you receive compensation. Constant calls from telemarketers can get annoying.

I get telomarketing calls all the dang time, I’m wondering if this is one of the sources, is it possible to find out for sure if it is before filing a claim? I use hiya to flag callers but they just flag as “telomarketer” “fraud” and “scam” and do not state the companies behind the numbers.

    ADMIN – Hi Michael,

You could contact the class action administrator and have them check and see if you are on the lists.
