Class Eligibility

You are a member of the Class if you fall within the following definition set forth in Judge Hanley’s order certifying the Class: All persons and entities that paid to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles one or more of the Overcharged Fees during the corresponding Overcharge Period identified on the table in the Notice. The list of Overcharged Fees and corresponding Overcharge Periods can be found in the Court’s Order Granting Motion for Class Certification (with Amended Class Definition).

    I Linda ulm n husband Donald ulm have lived I. Indiana our entire lives n have always registered our vehicles in the state of Indiana n paid fees to do so how do we get proof of purchase from the bureau of motor vehicles for 2002 to 2006 and after 2006 so we can file a claim n does this include boats n trailers also?

    They are not asking you for proof of purchase, they are asking you for your drivers license numbers
