Class Eligibility

You are a Class Member of the International Marketplace FACTA settlement if you, at any time from Dec. 31, 2012 through Dec. 13, 2014, were provided an electronically printed receipt at the point of sale or transaction at the International Marketplace store, on which receipt was printed more than the last five (5) digits of your credit card or debit card number and/or the expiration date of your credit card or debit card.

Class Members must submit either an original or copy of a store receipt that shows more than the last five digits of their credit card or debit card number and/or the card’s expiration date, or an original or copy of a credit card or debit card statement showing they made a transaction at the International Marketplace store during the Class Period.

If you are a member of International Marketplace, you may provide your member number.

    I do not have an original receipt for the period in question 12/2012 – 12/2014, but am sure I would be able to find bank statements. I do, however, have an original receipt as recent as September 2015 that still shows more than the last 5 digits of my credit card, as well as the expiry date.

    Per the terms of the settlement you may submit bank statements as proof.
