    I’ved tried it on Chrome, Safari and Firefox with the caches cleared and I still can’t submit it!!! I have already tried submitting the form 10 times!

    What if you lived in California at the time of the qualified period but currently live out of state? Would using your non-California address disqualify you?

    could not submit claim ..recevied message too many claims in 24 hour period

    tried to wrtie message to administrator , after sumbitting on contact form got message too many requests in one week

    is there fraud involved here that they are preventing consumers from filing claims, this needs to be investigated and brought to the judege and administrators attention immdediately

    The terms of the settlement are in the present tense “You are a member of the class if you live in California and purchased certain Avalon or Jason products during the following qualified periods:” Most likely you don’t qualify but feel free to contact the class action admin for clarification.

    Wow! I bought a LOT of this stuff! I’m disappointed to read that it isn’t quite as advertised. I hope they’ve straightened it out! I only listed amounts up to about $160, yet know I bought a lot more! I estimated dates, as this was a long time ago. I’m guessing that may be why I didn’t see it on the shelves after a while?
    I *DO* like the products I did buy, however! I’m hoping to see it back, so chose the voucher & cash back.
    Hopefully it’s all straightened out! If so, I’d buy it now!
    I hope the vouchers can be used online. I haven’t seen this stuff on the shelves in quite a while, although I stopped looking for it too, so might be around still? The lavender, Ylang Ylang & Grapefruit products are really nice smelling! Hope to see them back! Good stuff!

    my form was accidentally submitted before I could verify all the information to be 100% true and I was not aware that I needed to live in California. Somebody please give me some advice

    I mean, i’m not going to make a big deal about it if it’s not necessary.

    would there be any reason to notify them or would it automatically be deleted? i tried calling the number provided but it just gives me the typical robotic helpline spiel.

    should i be worried about them pursuing this in court or am i just being way overly paranoid and should just forget about it?

    Why is this only in California? I live in Missouri and it’s not fair that we don’t get anything from this settlement. I have been buying Jason Toothpaste for years.
