  2. Aaron Carthen says:

My question is, when will any monies be distributed because I read where after the 14 of December, that if there were no appeals filed that those who qualify for compensation, would know something within 65 days of that date and it’s been longer then that so far, so I’m wondering when will we see any funds from this class action suit,…

  3. Denise Wade says:

I was trying to see if i get a check because I’ve moved and I did get a ticket just don’t remember the year but if so let me know

    ADMIN – Hi Denise,

Have you reached out to the class action admin?

  4. Issac graves says:

I missed the deadlines will the suit be starting again or I’m to late

    ADMIN – Hi Issac,

You are too late an no longer have legal recourse.

  5. Oleatha Warren says:

Hello, I filled out the claim form that was mailed to me last year. I’ve moved since then and I wanted to know was there an update on the compensation?

    ADMIN – Hi Oleatha,

When we move we should always submit a change of address to the admin using the address that we have provided above.

  6. Juan Goodrich says:

Hello , I was mailed out a form in 2016 but I moved from the last address the admin had. Am I still eligible to receive compensation because I been talking to lawyers from Arch city defenders since February 2017. They told me that the judge gave a deadline for the people who already received checks for them to be cashed by May 31, 2017 and if some people don’t cash them by that day then I could receive funds . Is this true or have I been misled for this long? Have any funds been given out yet from this law suit?

    ADMIN – Hi Juan,

I don’t know. Your lawyer is best equipped to answer this question.

  7. VEGAS MARSHALL says:

I have never received payment. I NEVER MOVED AND FOLLOWED ALL DEADLINES

    ADMIN – Hi Vegas,

Have you tried reaching out to the class action administrator to check on the status?

  8. S. Treeby says:

I just found out about this action suit my son since moved from Missouri to WY (They always would arrest him for anything from 2009 till 2015). And he was mentally disabled and most of the time because he was not on his meds they harassed him to the point of no end. They would arrest him for anything mostly, it was transit related incidents or because he may be walking talking to himself. Our judicial system is to help and protected!
They denied him proper medication and made him sit in the cells butt naked. This continued with Florrisant and Jennings area for quite a while until he finally moved to a state where “Black Lives Matter”.

Our police officers are trained to understand and deal with the mentally ill and they did not care enough to address his problems instead they wanted him to sit in cells for fines that was very demeaning and immortal .He suffered from: paranoid schizophrenia. (A disorder that affects a person’s ability to think, feel, and behave clearly.) Honestly I am very outraged to know that the did not keep this young man safe within your judicial system.

    ADMIN – Hi S,

    Very sad.

So this don’t affect the eldery people just the new generation ha

    ADMIN – Hi Terri,

If you believe there is another class that might have been affected I encourage you to contact the attorneys that handled this class. They may want to go after the city once again.
