You are a member of this class if you are a person within the United States who received a nonemergency telephone call from Chase’s auto subline of business to their cellular telephone, made through the use of any automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, between Nov. 18, 2009 and May 19, 2015.

    Anyone know what the # was? I don’t pick up calls that aren’t from my area code or recognize the #/name. I was getting TONS of calls from different area codes during that time.

    Yes about for or five years ago we have a house note with them a man from jp Morgan Chase called us tell us that we were pass due on or house note his name was Michael danial’s or it may have been Daniel Michael’s he keep on calling he had our name address phone number and our loan number date our note was due I ask hem sir you are making a mistakesplease leave us alone then he called back he was very pushes told us I giving you one more chance he said or I will be putting a lock on you door and you want be able to get in your home after weeks dealing with this man we decided the stress was just to much for us we move on my sons houses then later on some one set fire to the house and the city order us to court so I called Chase told them that there house was set on fire the city want it took down Chase then said its not our house any more it yo us problem no I said you kicked

    Received notifications sent to my husband and I regarding this issue. Many of the unsolicited calls we receive we simply hang up on.

    I received various phone calls back in 2010-2011, It was automated system that did not stop, I had to block the phone number from coming in.

    I recieved lots of calls. One time, i was in the hospital i forgot to turn off my phone and theyt were preparing me for a colonoscopy procedure and my phone rang ithought it was an emergency from my children… I picked up and it’s from Chase it was for my credit card. The caller was even very persistent and not nice at all .. One time he even insulted me of why i am delayed for my payment
    I told her to stop calling me cause i have a medical condition that needs to be taken care off..
