You may be a member of the settlement if you are a U.S. resident who bought Keurig K-Cup Portion Packs from NON-Keurig representatives and not for the purpose of reselling, (a) between September 7, 2010, and August 14, 2020, in the U.S. (excluding Mississippi and Rhode Island); (b) between March 24, 2011, and August 14, 2020, in Mississippi; or (c) between July 15, 2013, and August 14, 2020, in Rhode Island.

    I’ve wondered about this for some time. I drink hot coffee year round and have had Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. Not cheap but convenient. …wondering why Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless isn’t sued for monopoly issues. As a customer of both, there are several unlawful practices that they are able to get away with because they, along with Comcast, monopolize the industry and dictate their own unfair terms and conditions. You can either pay the bill that they’ve charged you anyway or lose your service. They don’t have any fears about admitting their wrongdoing but telling you, no you can’t get any refund because it’s been over 7 months. They don’t make necessary repairs but still charge full monthly price. Countless more valid issues but I could get carried away with…
