You are a class member if while in the State of California between June 11, 2011 and April 11, 2016, bought one or more items from Kohl’s that was marked at a discount of at least 30 percent off of the “original” or “regular” price.

      I have tried several different ways to reach the admin by telephone. All I can get is a recorded message which gives a bunch of numbers to press. No matter which number you press, you get the same “questions you might have,” Once on there even though they tell you to press different numbers to get to somewhere else, just keeps going. There appears there is no way to get any real answers or to speak to a human. I’m beginning to think this was a scam.

    Kohl’s is a shady company. I’ve learned the hard way that I must cancel my Kohl’s credit card and no longer be a customer of theirs. I made a purchase of a single online order and received the confirmation email stating it was processing. The next day I saw that my credit card was charged a 2nd and 3rd time several hours later by Kohl’s. I called Kohl’s to tell them they committed fraud. I was assured by both Larry & Ryan that the money would be returned…I told them I can only believe what I see -looking at my online account- and would like them to put their words into an email to me. Of course they didn’t because Kohl’s employees don’t have the integrity to stand behind their words. In addition Ryan later cancelled my order unbeknownst to me–this was AFTER telling me he absolutely couldn’t cancel it because it was in process and he refused to take my claim of fraud because all the charges stemmed from a single order…(except that the 2nd & 3rd charges were not authorized by me!!) They were the ones fraud committing fraud so of course they wouldn’t make a claim against themselves. This company is crap. They lie & steal. 3 days later and the fraudulent charges still sit on my account. Did I mention they lie & steal?? Any attorneys out there interested in another Class Action Lawsuit??

    In reading the other questions and comments to ADMIN on this website, I noticed they referenced various personal claim Claim #’s and mentioned pin #’s. Since I replied to the Claim Form via U.S. Mail, I did not receive those numbers, but just the main Claim # at the top of the form of: 5:15-cv-01143-RSK-SP (C.D. Cal.). Will that pose a problem once a settlement is reached?
    I had listed my email address on pg. 2 of the form, but also marked that I preferred to receive my Gift Card Credit through the U.S. Mail rather than by email.

    Still under appeal!? Wow, they need to take care of this because I’ve been ripped off in the last 2 years so far Again by Kohl’s seconds merchandise you get when purchasing online; 2017 and 2018! I don’t shop with them either anymore but have Spent A lot there! I am thinking they’re stalling til we all give up..
