    There is not paper claim form associated to the LeanSpa class action. If you purchased LeanSpa and did not receive a claim number from the Federal Trade Commision you must call 1-866-621-4156. to secure a claim number. Once you have a number you can file electronically following the link above.

    The deadline related to submitting your claim. It may take months if not years before you receive a check.

      If the settlement pool has already been decided, why would it take years for refunds to be issued to consumers. Not even the big bank housing foreclosure refunds took that long to be issued.
