Class Eligibility

Class Members of the Life Time Fitness TCPA settlement include anyone within the United States who received one or more text messages from Lifetime Fitness to a cellular phone through the use of an online texting service

Calls must have been received between Jan. 1, 2014 and April 15, 2014.

    I just rec’d a ~$170 check in the mail from Lifetime Fitness addressed to me. I was a member for a few months back in like 2013-14 then recall it being a hellacious process to cancel membership and even had considered changing my bank acct number… But is this check legit? I’m wary of scams and don’t want to deposit a fake check, but it does state it’s drawn from Bank Of America and is for my settement award in the “In Re Life Time Fitness, Inc. TCPA Litigation MDL Class Action Settlement” so seems accurate… Please advise.

    How can you have a check for this settlement if the settlement is under appeals? Nobody has received monies from this

    Hello, I received the class settlement post card a while back. I went to activate settlement for 3 months free of charge and realized that my card was ruined feommwater damage.     I received a check in the mail that was only valid for 60 days. I was out of the country for several months, so I am past the 60 days to cash the check. Can a new check be issued?

    You could try reaching out to the class action administrator but usually when so much time has passed they close their doors and no longer reissue checks.

      I agree, the check took a very long time to be sent. A 60 day period is very short for a check.
