    I have had to have my Macy;s credit card replaced twice due to unauthorized charges. The store even let the charger pick up the items WITHOUT the card that was issued to me and no ID with my name.

    In 2018 I was buying gifts for birthdays in my family and my card information was used again on a transaction I did not order. I was very disappointed with Macy’s. Then to find out that they were hacked was even more of a shock.

    In July 2018, Macy told me of the suspicious involvement of a cyber threat. Throughout the duration from 1 May 2018 to 11 June 2018, I was targeted by unauthorized access or attempted access to online customer accounts and personal information relevant to those accounts, using legitimate user ID information, and was alerted to you in July 2018 of unauthorized cyber attack activity.

    My email used to sign up for Macys.com was compromised and I was sent multiple notifications asking me to confirm the change of my password when I hadn’t tried to change it.
