Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you are currently or were formerly employed by McDonald’s Restaurants of California, Inc. (“McDonald’s”), as a non-managerial, hourly worker at one or more of the McDonald’s corporate (i.e., non-franchised) restaurants in California, between January 24, 2009 and March 4, 2020. You are a non-managerial hourly worker if you are/were a: crew member, crew trainer, primary maintenance person, backup maintenance person, crew OJE, shift manager trainee, core crew member, crew chief, and/or MA core shift manager trainee.
