You are a member of the class if you are current and former owners or lessees of 2010-2014 model year Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter 2500 or 3500 vans equipped with the original air conditioning unit. To be eligible for benefits from this settlement, Class Members must have purchased or leased their vehicles in the United States.
