Class Eligibility
You are a member of the class if you are current and former owners or lessees of 2010-2014 model year Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter 2500 or 3500 vans equipped with the original air conditioning unit. To be eligible for benefits from this settlement, Class Members must have purchased or leased their vehicles in the United States.

    curious about what happens in my case where the seal on the AC unit failed in October of 2016 but MB did not warranty the repair, I paid for it out of pocket? Is there anyway to get this reimbursed?

    I have a 2015 Sprinter, with 26,000 miles fixing twice, second time as you described, but they won’t wouldn’t and haven’t paid.
