I purchased a mercola bed November the 3rd 2011 .. I was not notified of a lawsuit in progress .. Why is it only after Jan 1 2012 that you can put in a claim ? when I was only 2 months short ? this was mis represented to me as well so am I immune ? I dont think so … I would not have gotten this tanning device if he had not talked it up with all the claims he made .. It is not fair that I was not contacted about this as well..I will be talking to my lawyer about it if something is not done to make this right …I have my receipt also ..

I agree with the comment above , I also purchased mine prior to this date but was never notifield of a lawsuit and again purchased it because of claims from Dr Mercola that it was safe.
