Class Eligibility

You are a member of this class action if you are an individual, or entity, who resides in Missouri and who indirectly purchased Milk and Cream Products produced or supplied by Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. and/or Hiland Dairy primarily for personal, family or household purposes and not for resale, within Missouri, at any time from January 1, 2004 through the present. The following milk brands are included:

  • Hiland Dairy
  • Roberts Dairy
  • Central Dairy
  • Mid States Dairy
  • Pevely Dairy Company
  • Memory Lane Dairy
  • Anderson Erickson Dairy
  • PET
  • Dean’s
  • Borden Meadow Gold
  • Turner Dairy

    I go to Branson all the time and purchase milk from the gas stations all the time for my children. Why wouldn’t this count?

    when I made the claim it stated 75.00 was a projected rebate now I read here it’s 10.00 when did it change and how could the rebate amount change after a person makes the claim
