Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you purchased and did not yet received a refund for your qualifying Morning Song Bird purchases during November 1, 2005 and May 1, 2018.

Estimated Amount

Up to $100 per household.

Proof of Purchase

If the class member has not yet received a refund through the Retailer Records, a valid claim form with a sales receipt is required. The sales receipt must show the quantity of the product purchased, dates of purchase, retailer, and amounts paid during November 1, 2005 and May 1, 2008.

    I got a refund out of the blue. I knew nothing about it. How did you get my info. I have bought lots of bird food thru the years. How do I know if it was this kind or not? It says do not contact the court or any representative of Morning Song Bird Food. What is the reason we are asked not to do that? Is it safe to cash this check?

    I received a check for $8.87 as a settlement in this case… or so the letter says.
    I have a situation and I don’t know exactly what to do about it
    The check is made out to my mother Katherine Williams from the Western Alliance Bank in San Diego.
    My mother passed away Jan 13, 2018. There is no trust to put this check in and I am not sure what I should do with it. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
