  • Muscle Milk Bars

CytoSport and Muscle Milk seem to be frequent visitors to this site, with a Cadmium contamination settlement last year.

    Note, the settlement covers purchases pre-2013. I think the product was reformulated in 2012 to get rid of the nasty trans-fats.

    Note, that it seems like they reformulated the product as part of the settlement. If you look on the ingredients it no longer has the hydrogenated fats.

    Between 2011 and 2012 these were my go-to post workout drink after track practice before I was introduced to powdered protein for my post workout drink. I would purchase them 3 times a week during this period and would like to be refunded up to $60 for my purchases during this time-frame.

    I have continued to support Muscle milk after the reformulation and am currently pleased with the current claims the company makes towards its formula.

    I also got my son interested in Weight lifting and taught the importance of nutrition that goes along with a proper workout.     I have on numerous occasion purchased the ready to drink beverage from after my workout.in fact in 2007 I was a advocate for the product not the harmful nature of the product. Every year mention I used to drink several bottles in the event I couldn’t make my own because of work. Even if nothing come of this Thanks for the heads up on the nature of this product. It was suggested to me by a bodybuilding friend who passed away in Iraq as we served together and I believed in what he believed in. I was new to the bodybuilding lifestyle.
