Class Eligibility
You are a member of the settlement if you purchased or leased a Ford or a Lincoln vehicle equipped with MyFord or MyLincoln Touch in any of the qualifying states before August 9, 2013.
The Following are Eligible States:
California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington.
