As soon as I purchased my 2012 Ford Explorer in February 2012 and my first issue was my phone would not work with the My Touch I complained to Ford and they said I need to call Ford. I did and after fighting with them I received a $200 check from Ford Route 23 Auto Mall to purchase a new phone that cost me $700. Then I had problems with the navigation system, I took the car back many times with no help from the dealer. This dealer knew there was a problem and so did Ford.
Their solution was to deny and delay and this went on till I just gave up. I received little help from calling Ford even though I had a case number nothing ever happened.
