I have called Heffner claims at 844-412-1947 and talked to someone about the lawsuit since I receive the notice on July 23, 2018. I registered twice online, right after I talked to a claims representative. I’ve called three or four times within the last two weeks but I’m being told I never registered for the claim settlement. I was told I would be called back last week.

I received a letter stating that I was a member of the Garcia vs Nation Star class action lawsuit. Within a few days, I went to the website and filed a claim a few days later. I contacted the administrators office and she directed me back to the website, so I returned to the website and filed the same claim again. I continue to follow the lawsuit and tried calling multiple times after the first of the year 2019 leaving messages but never got a response. I called again in July 2019; finally spoke with someone from Hoffman log group and was told I never filed a claim. I gave her my Claim #ID and the dates that I filed; I was told she would get with the administrator. I’ve tried three or four other times with the same result.

ADMIN – Hi, Ken. Sorry to hear that. However, since we are only a newspaper of class action settlements, we have no direct connection to the cases we report about. As soon as we hear of open settlements, we post the news here; what happens to the settlement after that, we no longer post about. It’s up to our subscribers to follow up directly with their respective claims/settlement administrators and/or check directly on the settlement website (always linked above) for updates. Hope you eventually got in touch with the settlement admin.
