Class Eligibility

all persons who rented a car from Alamo Rent A Car, National Car Rental, and/or Enterprise at a Nevada airport and were charged an airport concession recovery fee during the relevant Class Period (listed below).

  • Enterprise: June 3, 2004 through Sept. 30, 2009
  • Alamo: July 22, 2007 through Sept. 30, 2009
  • National: July 22, 2007 through Sept. 30, 2009

$5.00 minimum

Class Members who register at the settlement website may choose to receive a check worth 80 percent of the amount they were wrongfully charged, or vouchers that represent at least 100 percent of the amount they were wrongfully charged. The vouchers can be used for free one-day rentals to cover the base rate for any available vehicle up to full size class (taxes, fees and options not included).

    I have received a cheque for $7.99 but I am a UK citizen and cannot deposit or cash this cheque as I do not have a US bank account. Is it possible to receive the amount some other way (paypal?) or can I perhaps give it to a charity? Thanks

    We are not the admins of this class settlement. Many settlements have conditions where the monies for the checks not cashed do go to charity.

    I used my free rental voucher Jan 8,2016 enterprise held 345.00 security deposit on my credit card. After completing the rental 10 days later Jan 18 the 345 deposit was charged and posted to my card. Enterprise stated because of the voucher corprate office had to approve and close out the transaction and then the deposit would be reversed. Jan 27 I received 114.00 refund to my card. I complained I’m charge 200 for a free rental. I’m still waiting to be made whole. This voucher is more trouble than a normal rental because the branch is powerless to close out the rental and must refer ur paperwork to corporate office.

    Voucher is useless, and the codes do not work. I just tried to rent a car, but was told the code does not work. This is the second time I tried to use this worthless piece of paper.

    I just rented a car for 7 days and called Alamo to use the vouchers I receive. (5) . They said they could only use 3 at a time. Voucher say you can combine as long as you have more days of rental than coupons.I asked why I can only use 3 when I have 7 days of rental and 5 coupons. They couldn’t explain it. No response needed. Glad I could at least use some.

    I’ve tried to use my voucher (1 day) when making a reservation. The first time I tried to use it was last year and the agent at the airport could not honor it and was clueless. I just tried 3 times to make a reservation and when I say I have the class action settlement voucher the agent hangs up on me. Very frustrating. I tried the 1-800 listed above and it is a wrong number. What a waste of time trying. Must be a scam.

    I recently received the letter regarding class action (obviously lost in mail system for a long time)
    I have a claim number on the form but the website is unavailable to make the claim
    A message is displayed ‘please come back later’ and nothing else!
    Any idea when the website will be operational for making claims?
