    Hi,

I filed a claim for 3 of our seats, but have not received rebate check. When will those be issued or have they been issued already? How can I confirm that my claim was received?

You can confirm that your claim was received by reaching out to the class action administrator.

Who keeps a receipt for so long? What if you moved from Cali ? What if you still have the car seat and stroller?

    ADMIN – Hi Tabita,

You don’t need to be in California. You can file without a receipt but you may not get as much.

I received 2 checks int he mail, one for my toddler seat and one for my infant seat. However, we have not cashed these 2 checks yet which i believe are from the settlement. If these have not been cashed can I still go after Orbit to get a full refund?

    ADMIN – Hi Chris,

You accepted the settlement when you either signed up for it or failed to exclude yourself. I don’t think you can get a full refund anymore.
