Class Eligibility

Class Members of the Outback Steakhouse settlement include current and former hourly employees of Bloomin’ Brands Inc., OSI Restaurant Partners LLC, Outback Steakhouse of Florida LLC and OS Restaurant Services LLC who are or were employed at an Outback Steakhouse in the following locations during the relevant time periods indicated below.

Illinois: Dec. 24, 2003 – April 11, 2016

New York: Dec. 24, 2007 – April 11, 2016

Maryland: Dec. 24, 2010 – April 11, 2016

Ohio: Dec. 24, 2011 – April 11, 2016

North Carolina: Dec. 24, 2011 – April 11, 2016

Massachusetts: Sept. 15, 2012 – April 11, 2016

South Carolina: Sept. 15, 2012 – April 11, 2016

Other States: April 13, 2013 – April 11, 2016

    I have received paperwork last year to sign and wait on my check but I have moved and never received my check. I was just working there and ask my managers who I needed to contact in order to get my check because everyone else has gotten there’s any advice or info wud be greatly appreciated

    For the past month since 9/18 I’ve been waiting for a settlement check to be reissued for it was sent to the wrong address. Today I get confirmation after an email I sent that the check would be mailed tomorrow, 10/26 and again to the wrong address when I already sent u the correct address for me. Why is that the case because if it’s mailed to the wrong address again then I won’t get it. Is this suppose to take months to receive and your number 866-783-5879 is no longer working.

    Last week I received a letter that a check was sent but never cashed. (I never received it). I was advised to send an email which was returned. What should I do now?
