ADMIN – Hi John,
If you are a member of the class file your claim
It’s messed up. They sent me some card trying to tell me I did not call, because my telephone was NOT on their phone log. BS. I know I called. They are just trying to lower the settlement class, so the lawyers can keep the remaining money after giving the top money to the Plaintiff’s.
ADMIN – Hi Wilson,
That is not the way settlements work. The admin and counsel have fixed amounts of money
I have heard nothing since I sent in my Claim Form which was just on a post card with my name and address. I am concerned what is happening. I made numerous calls and am entitled to a claim.
ADMIN – Hi Delores,
Reach out to the class action administrator to check on the status of your claim.
I called twice…what do I have to do? Where do I file a claim?
ADMIN – Hi Belinda,
The deadline has passed and you may no longer file.
