The lawsuit alleges that Pick-A- Part willfully violated a federal law (known as the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act or FACTA, 15 U.S.C. §1681c(g)) by printing on customer receipts the expiration date of its customer’s credit card or debit card. Pick-A-Part disputes the class action allegations and denies that it willfully violated FACTA.

    Is the amount $250 per incident, per sale? Or just $250 no matter how many times your credit card was
    used.

    Up to $250 per person. It may be less than that as it is set to be pro rata based on the number of valid claims.
