A class action lawsuit is pending against Pick-A-Part. The lawsuit alleges that Pick-A- Part willfully violated a federal law (known as the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act or FACTA, 15 U.S.C. §1681c(g)) by printing on customer receipts the expiration date of its customer’s credit card or debit card. Pick-A-Part disputes the class action allegations and denies that it willfully violated FACTA.
