I had purchased 2 of these hoses – one of these broke only after a couple of months and the other one
only lasted about 3 months. I was not at all impressed with the quality of these.

  5. val says:

This seems a little scammy. Why are they asking for a social security number?

    ADMIN – Hi Val,

To make sure you are not scamming them.

  6. Jane Way says:

I filed a complaint long before the dead line, I even sent in one hose with
the receipt but no word back as yet and no check in the mail. So am
    I getting ripped off??

    ADMIN – Hi Shirley,

Did you file a complaint or a claim?

  14. susan says:

I filled out the online class action form for Pocket Hose for claim without proof of purchase awhile back. I received an email yesterday 5-30-17 telling me that I needed to print out the email and fill out another claim and submit it by mail this time. I feel they are using this tactic to get out of paying the claims that submitted an online claim without receipts and proof. Please advise

    ADMIN – Hi Susan,

The class action admin does not benefit from keeping money. In fact, they usually get paid for giving you money. If they need additional documentation by all means provide it.

    • Carole Trifero says:

received the same notice. they are trying to make it harder to claim 7.00. once i pay 1.00 to make a copy of the form and add a .50 cent stamp, now its down to 5.50. such a ripoff to people that got suckered in by their false advertising.

  15. Carole Trifero says:

and checks have already been mailed out on may 3rd. so why am i being hassled. this is crazy.

  18. Diane J. Copeland says:

Our 75 foot Pocket Hose Top Brass II was a real disappointment. It sprung two leaks in a very short time. It was used very little, properly cared for, and not abused in any way. I would very much like a replacement but am unable to fine anyone who sells these in our area.

    ADMIN – Hi Diane,

I saw them at Home Depot yesterday.

  19. Timothy Stone says:

I didn’t know there was a class action against them. Every time I made a claim for a defective product, they sent me a new hose. This last time (Oct, 2017) I get a notice that they discontinued the product. How are we suppose to be made whole when the deadline passed 6 months ago? I have the original receipts. Never again will I purchase anything from Telebrands or whatever name they decide to change to in the future!

    ADMIN – Hi Timothy,

I invite you to sign up for our newsletter and join us on Facebook that way you never again miss a class action settlement.
