You may be a Class Member if you are a U.S. resident who, between August 29, 2012 and November 2, 2020, bought certain Post cereal products included in this lawsuit, for household use and not for distribution or resale.
The following cereals are eligible Class Products, including a variety of sizes and flavors:

    With sugar sensitivity myself and others within my family where diabetes is hereditary, this inaccurate information put our health in jeopardy because I would not have purchased these products had I known the facts.

    The false information could have put my grandma in danger because she has diabetes and eats this cereal often, this could have caused health issues and/or hospital bills that were unexpected.

    fyi – gs to the pymt type verification. system doesn’t email the verification code. I have filed once a week for a while now and it never goes through. the initial email is rcvd…the one that verifies you filing…but never the pymt verficaion code.

    As a mother of 4 trying to feed my kids healthy foods is a top priority (as I would hope many other parents would agree). Had I known this would be what buying Honey Bunches of Oats and other Post Food cereals would lead to I would’ve just bought them the cookie cereal they always ask for.

    I was sent a validation email and was supposed to submit a code. Unfortunately, my laptop shut down and I don’t know how to get back to the initial page that requested the code.
    This is the message I received from the administrator: “Our records indicate that you have attempted to verify your payment method for the Krommenhock v. Post Foods, LLC. To complete this process and confirm your email address, please enter the code above on the verification page.”

    If you have not attempted to verify your payment method, please disregard this email.”

    i don’t even know what verifying my payment means but there is no verification page or link to anything.

      Hi, The deadline to file a claim already passed last May 2021. There is no way to verify your payment method now, short of contacting the Settlement Administrator directly via the phone number, address, or email they’ve provided on their website.
