Case Summary
According to the lawsuit Astellas violated various state antitrust, unfair competition, consumer protection, and unjust enrichment laws when they filed a bogus citizen petition in September 2007 with the FDA, which delayed the FDA’s approval of generic versions of Prograf.
Astellas continues to deny that the petition delayed the market entry of generic versions of Prograf. but agrees to settle to bring this lawsuit to an end

My son took program for 7 years. He died while on this drug, due to heart failure. I’m finding out about this class action justt today 6/1/18.
