Case Summary

The settlement will resolve allegations against Loacker. The plaintiffs allege that some packaged wafer products sold by Loacker USA, Inc. were misbranded with a call out for “All Natural” when in reality they are not all natural because they contain one or more of the following ingredients: cocoa processed with alkali, sodium acid pyrophosphate, soy lecithin, sodium hydrogen carbonate, dextrose, glucose syrup, milk powders, coffee powders, fruit powders, sugar, and coconut oil.

Loacker USA, denies all the allegations but has agreed to settle to avoid the expense, inconvenience and delay of a trial.
