Quicksilver Store Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

Class Eligibility:

The settlement covers purchases in Quicksilver stores in California, whose personal information was requested and recorded by the company (e.g. address, email, or phone number) between 10/7/09 and 4/1/13. Quicksilver stores also include Quicksilver, Quicksilver Youth, Roxy, and DC.

Estimated Amount:

You may choose between two different voucher based options that are good only at Quicksilver owned stores:

  • $15 Voucher – good for $15 off a single purchase (no minimum)
  • $30% Off – good for 30% off a single purchase of up to $100 (no minimum)
