Rainbow Light Vitamins Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

You may be a member of the settlement if you purchased any type of Rainbow Light prenatal or postnatal products, vitamins, multi-vitamins, supplements, or other products not labelled as suitable for non-prenatal, non-postnatal, or lactating mothers, between December 1, 2015 and April 16, 2020 (excluding California residents).

Estimated Amount

up to $9.50 (without proof), or up to $18 (with proof)

– Class Members without proof of purchase can claim up to $9.50 per household, including $4/bottle of Rainbow Light pre-/post-natal product purchased, and $1/bottle of any other Rainbow Light product.

– Class Members with proof of purchase can claim up to $18 per household, including $7/bottle of Rainbow Light pre-/post-natal product purchased, and $2/bottle of any other Rainbow Light product.

– California residents cannot make claims for Rainbow Light products stated here.
