The covered products include dozens of glucosamine supplements sold under brand names such as CVS, Duane Reade, Equate, Kirkland, Kroger, Safeway, Target and Walgreens. A list of the covered products is available

    i just filled out a claim form and submitted it, i was claiming 13 bottles but when i scrolled down to 13 and clicked on it , it kept coming up as 1. could you please check on my claim form and make sure it comes up as 13 ? thankyou very much for your time. respectfully, judy simora.

    Same thing here-it prompts you to correct something-add your email etc and then reverts the number claimed back to 1.

    There is no space to enter your email. But if you check the box that allows them to contact you by email, then submit the form, a space is proved for your email by the count reverts back to Zero.

    So, don’t check the box that allows them to contact you by email. Then you will not be prompted to enter your email. Just submit the form. They can call you on the phone if they have to.

    Not have I been taking glucosimine, I have recommended to family members and friends. I have use this supplement for at least a year or so. Please do not tell me that in the long run it cause me any harm?

    I won’t tell you that. The settlement does not say that the product was harmful. It specifically addresses false advertising.

    How do I file a claim? lI tried online and it wouldn’t download, and .called to get claim form and I did try to contacted the administrator @ (888) 972-6583 couldn’t leave a message the inbox was full.

    I got MY check today – $19.63…..

    WARNING to all….I almost threw it away as it was a light cardstock that was glued together. Inside was a check so small in size that I would never have guessed it could BE a check…..had I not seen the return address, I would have have thrown it away as junk.

    I didn’t submit any receipts…..just submitted the claim….

    I received a check in the mail last week while I was out of town the last week in July & the check says null & void after 7/22/17 so it is impossible for me to cash! Please advise? I tried calling the phone numbers but all I get is a recording & no option to speak to anyone. Also I enter the ID number online & it does not work
