Forms were filled out for both myself and spouse.
ADMIN – Hi James,
Please contact the admin directly. I believe this settlement was already paid out.
Just received settlement check in the mail today 2/9/17
It stated that you would be paid at 100.00 and that’s not true
ADMIN – Hi Glenda,
Payments are adjusted based on the number of applicants.
I can’t cash my settlement check
ADMIN – Hi Patricia,
Why not?
I received my settlement check today. Out of the $4.5 Million dollars I got my share ($41.22).
Sounds like maybe the lawyers got their $2 million and the rest of us received our token amount.
ADMIN – Hi Brinda,
Without those lawyers you would get nothing. Class Actions are possible because lawyers take a risk and use money out of their own pocket to take companies to court.
Well all I received was$41.22 and I had all magazines why my amount was so low
ADMIN – Hi Valerie,
You received your equal share of the total pool divided by the number of valid claims.
I received a check for check for $41.22 that is not near the $100 please tell me why? Raymond Roberts email brent1ray@aol.com claim number 3625
ADMIN – Hi Raymond,
The total settlement pool was divided among all qualified applicants. You received your equal share.
I got a check for 41.22 today
ADMIN – Hi Pat,
Thank you for reporting!
I received a check for 41.22. Cashed it at my bank. Yesterday got a notice from bank they took the 41.22 out plus added $30.00 because the check ‘bounced’.
ADMIN – Hi Dee,
Contact the class action administrator.
Check was no good! I received a check for $41.22 and it was returned for insufficient funds! So my back subtracted the $41.22 PLUS charged me $12.00 fee for an unpaid check! What is going on? This sounds like a total scam to me. Please advise.
ADMIN – Hi Brenda,
Reach out to the class action administrator.
Never received our check. Wondering why. Mailed the form back in time.
ADMIN – Hi April,
Here is the number you need to call,

ADMIN – Hi Michael,
That is not customary when it comes to class action checks.
