Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you bought one or more products from a Ross store that had a tag labeled Compare At Price and you never received a refund or credit for your purchases. The qualifying period is from June 20, 2011, to the present.

Estimated Amount

A store credit for future Ross purchases or redeem for cash in an amount equal to 75% of the original value of the store credit. The amount awarded depends on the amount remaining after fees and expenses have been deducted.
