To whom it may concern: I sent my .38 Special back in November of 2019. I can’t seem to get a hold of any one on the phone. I paid 400.00 for the gun, and I WANT IT BACK. No body even e-Mailed me to tell me they received my gun. I can’t get any place on line and I don’t know what is going on. Can you PLEASE FILL ME IN ? I will be waiting for your response.

Thank you for your query. The amount of time that it takes to get your rebate varies a lot. Sometimes it is as soon as 2 months after the settlement closing date. Sometimes it takes much longer. Also, it looks like you have misunderstood who we are. Please note that we (classactionrebates.com) are *not* the Settlement Administrator of this case. We only post opportunities for potential Class Members of various settlements on this website. If you filed a claim and are waiting for your check, please contact the Settlement Administrator of your case directly. You may find the contact information on their settlement website.
      Good luck.

I have received a Rossi Safety Program Work Order Notice. Work Order Id # 63888, Date: 5-9-2019 = 15:41. As of this date { 3-21-2020 } have received No information as to the status of the settlement. Nor have I received any notice to submit Work Order Document, and return my Rossi Model # 46202. Any updated information, or instructions would be extremely appreciated. Thank you for your time, and consideration in this matter.

I received a check for $50.00 this week. If I cash the check does it mean I’m getting my gun back that I sent to Florida several months ago? I don’t think so but just checking before I do cash it.

Also, when can I expect my revolver to be fixed and returned to me?

I called the number provided and the person said she would check and get back to me but she has not.
