ADMIN – Hi Courtney,
This is actually a pretty valid claim. False advertising.

It is a legit claim U always want my yard to be even….
I’ve purchased quite a lot of this product during the specified period that ended 9/30/14, but, did not retain the receipts. In the claim filing it states 2 ways to submit; with a receipt or without. However, the filing cannot be submitted without downloading a document showing a unit price. What can be used to satisfy this requirement so that the claim is not disqualified? Thank you.
ADMIN – Hi Bebe,
Contact the class action administrator directly.
We bought this product religiously for yard, but did not retain the receipts
ADMIN – Hi Patsy,
You can file without
We used this product to do over a half an acre and ended up having to go get a whole different seed, because it barel even grew. It was good we didn’t just depend on this product, because we would have been waiting for a long time.
We bought it and it did not satisfy our needs
I bought this product several times.ot did not work.
We bought several bags and had to buy another priduct, because this did not hold up to its claim.
ADMIN – Hi Corrine,
Sounds like you are a class member.
Did not work
What a joke! I’m in Illinois so can’t join in on claim. The seeds did not sprout. What a waste of money and time and effort. It’s not anything WE did; the other grass seed we bought and spread sprouted and took in a little over a week! No justice for me in this claim.
Should expand this to Colorado they sell it here all the time and it never grows
ADMIN – Hi David,
Contact a class action attorney in your area if you feel there is an opportunity to bring something up on behalf of the people in Colorado.
I got some and it was not good at all.😈
This product brought no reaults
Got this product last month, August, and used it once. It marked my grass and killed most of the area I applied it. I do not have the receipts, but would like to file a claim if I may.
ADMIN – Hi Hunter,
This product does not kill grass. Furthermore your dates don’t qualify
from January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2014
How come just two States? That seed failed in our yard also and we purchased two bags from F.L. Davis Hardware, an ACE Hardware Distributor. I thought we did something wrong but I guess it was the seed or the directions. Sue for recovery in the other States as well.
ADMIN – Hi Ron,
Because different states have different consumer protection laws.
I purchased this once but not sure it has professional service
ADMIN – Hi Dimpho,
This is no a service, this is a product.
I purchased and used this product, however I have not retained my proof of purchase
ADMIN – Hi R,
