  2. D says:

I’ve gotten a lot of automated calls, but I’m not sure if its these people who are calling. If I enter the lawsuit and the records show my number wasn’t called, will I get in trouble?

    ADMIN – Hi D,

We should not submit claims when we are unsure.

  3. Justin C Hancock says:

  5. Sammie Hulett says:

I have received several telemarketing calls. I contacted ATT about one and found out it came from a foreign country coming through a local #. I was charged $40.00 for the call and it took months to get my money refunded. It appears foreign countries are in the scam business because I received another telling me I just won the sweepstakes and ask me to send through pay pal the taxes on the money. In the beginning of the call it sounded very legitimate; turned out to be a nightmare experience; again had to file complaint with ATT for overseas calls.
