Probably because the claims on the diapers were accurate.

  18. Jacob says:

I am confused by how it says “6 pack”, “12 pack” etc. I have bought individual bottles of many of these items but never a 6 pack or 12 pack of these items, I’ve never even seen many of the items for sale in multi-packs like that. Do you need to have bought a 6 pack of items or will it suffice to have bought one bottle?

    ADMIN – Hi Jacob,

One bottle is sufficient but you may claim up to 8 without a receipt. The multipacks are offered through Amazon.

“There was a problem submitting the form – please go back, fill in the form and submit it again.”
    Please, help.

    ADMIN – Hi Ana,

I just tested the form and it works perfectly. I suspect user error.

  35. John says:

Hi, When you say 8 products if you do not have receipts can you claim say 20 items for each of the 8 products? Or did you mean 8 items total? Thanks.

    ADMIN – Hi John,

You can claim 8 total and not 20 of each on 8 types of products.

  36. Pat Warringer says:

    purchased these products

  37. I. Gallo says:

Do not know how to accurately claim for number of items. I have receipts, from amazon, for six packs of 25 ounce dish liquid. I have purchased SIX packs of six items, for a total of 36 individual items.

I don’t see the 25 ounce/6 pack listed on the claim form.
What number of items can I claim ? I read an earlier answer but it was NOT clear.

What is the total number of items, with receipt, and total number, without receipt, that may be claimed? And when I say total, please indicate if you mean individual or by six-pack.

Only saw this settlement today and it closes tomorrow, so would appreciate information as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

    ADMIN – Hi I,

You are entitled to full reimbursement of all the products for which you have a receipt. At least that is the way I understand the terms.

  38. I. Gallo says:

Tried to submit form online. I know how to answer forms and fill them in, provided THEY are functioning properly.

Will not go through. Suspect it is NOT user error (as you judged in someone else’s report of this same problem) but a problem on your end.

Never had so much trouble submitting anything before.

FYI: the uploaded file is 1,000 kb. That’s the smallest I could get the receipts scanned as PDFs. It’s 7 pages and should NOT be a problem.

Appreciate a reply ASAP. Deadline is tomorrow and I have no one to get this to the post office for me tomorrow.

    Thank you

    ADMIN – Hi Mr. Gallo,

I am not the admin for the settlement. There is a number to contact the admin on the main page for this settlement. I submitted mine and it worked.

    I received a check today for $18.94

  42. Jane Deau says:

I got nine dollars back and I put in receipts for around $40.

  43. Nunya says:

You guys are going to love this one: Submitted multiple receipts that totaled $111.04. Added them up several times, always totaled $111.04. Got the check: $141.84! Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but shows you how incompetent some of these settlement admins are.

    ADMIN – Hi Nunya,

I believe if there was extra money beyond the claims it was going to be divided pro rata.

  44. Carol Sheehan says:

I have two different claim numbers and to this date have not received any call, check or correspondence. Please tell me what is going on? I think you should have a check for me.
    Thank you

    ADMIN – Hi Carol,

Yours was probably rejected due to duplicate submissions.

  45. Carol Sheehan says:

ell, here it is Sept. 2018 and I unfortunately have not received anything. Whats up?. I am not giving up until I get an answer. The phone number that is no longer any good.
