Soto v Great America LLC,
Case No. 17 CH 1118
Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit Lake County,
Illinois

Case Summary

There are four different lawsuits involving Six Flags, and this proposed class action Settlement covers all of them. The four lawsuits allege that Six Flags Entertainment Corp., Great America LLC, d/b/a Six Flags Great America and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Magic Mountain LLC, and Six Flags Great Adventure, LLC (collectively “Defendants”) defied the federal Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”) by printing more than the last five digits of credit and debit card numbers, or by being remiss in obscuring the expiration date on customers’ receipts for their credit and debit cards, provided to guests at Covered Parks during some or all of the period between October 14, 2016 and September 28, 2017.
