I find it odd that Verizon is not part of this? If the lawsuit is against the manufacturer of these cell phones, why would it not include all major carriers who offer these phones on their network?

    ADMIN – Hi Andrea,

If you feel a manufacturer should have been part of a particular settlement and you have grounds to prove it I encourage you to contact a law firm that specializes in class actions and ask if they are willing to go after Verizon.

  2. David J Mayo says:

Does this include Sprints BoostMobile division??

    ADMIN – Hi David,

I am not certain, but given the nature of the settlement I am inclined to believe that BoostMobile was included. If you decide to file I would under the Sprint selection or if you want to make certain call the class action administrator with your question.

  3. Lori says:

What if MULTIPLE DEVICES were purchased? I have proof of purchace for multiple devices, may i submit claims for each device?

    ADMIN – Hi Laurie,

I would not. If you notice, the settlement indicates that if there are too many claims the money will instead be released to charity.
