the number of items needs to match the number from the previous screen… so only fill in 9 lines if there were nine items..

I don’t think the admin had that intention. They get paid per claim handled so it is on their best interest to provide you with a good user experience.
i have purchased alot of these pretzels. Yet the claim form says there is a problem erases the form and tells me to fill it out again. I will never purchase from these products again

I just tested the form and it is working. User error perhaps?
I agree with Brandon. I have repeatedly tried submitting the form, and each time was told there was an error, go back and do again. Never found any errors, but each time I’d retry submitting I’d get the same error message. After enough tries with the same “error / go back and try again” message, this site begins to feel bogus.

I filled out the form three times and the same thing happened to me. I contacted the FTC and they said to try it on a different computer well that didn’t work either. Maybe a way to keep us from filing a claim
Hello, Admin. I have been trying the fill out the claim form (for the third time) i Google Chrome and I’m getting the same error as Brandee. Since more than one person is now having this issue, could it be admin error?

I just filled out the entire form and hit submit and it didn’t submit it and wiped the form out…I have purchased well over 50 bags of cape cod chips…who has their receipts from two years ago.. Ridiculous…

Per the terms of the settlement this case appears to be a per person deal. Read below:
The Class includes all Persons who, for personal or household use, purchased the Products (defined in Paragraph 6, below) in the United States from November 13, 2007 through and including March 3, 2016. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (a) all Persons who purchased or acquired the Products for resale; (b) Snyder’s-Lance and its employees, principals, affiliated entities, legal representatives, successors, and assigns; (c) any Person who files a valid, timely Request for Exclusion; (d) federal, state, and local governments (including all agencies and subdivisions thereof, but excluding employees thereof); and (e) the judges to whom the Snyder’s-Lance Actions are assigned and any members of their immediate families.
I just filled the form out and it reverted directly back to the form a Tad not upset because I buy these items monthly or every other month…so I wasted money and now time!

Ridiculous how I’ve bought these because of it’s “natural” contents and now to find this out. I have bought these pretzels for years.
I purchase a bag of Cape cod chips,for years,every week and on occassion snyder pretzels…since I didn’ have any receipts I only listed 10 ……….I filled out everything….hit submit and it said to redo the form….there was nothing wrong with the form I checked it before submitting

I always buy this brand of chips and pretzels, especially in the summer for entertaining. What is wrong with this time consuming form. I filled out and it flipped me back to the beginning. As odd as it may seem, I don’t keep my empty bags of chips for years. I purchased way more than 20 bags in that time frame. Why is this so difficult to submit. Anybody have any ideas?
I am having the same problem! I completed the entire form and once I submit I get an error. Frustrating. If others are having this issue, there has to be something wrong with the site.
Hi, I was shocked when I seen this class action case for my favorite pretzel. I bought at least 2 bags aweek of Snyder’s of Hanover® Pretzels and Cape Cod Pototoe Chips.

I’ve purchased several bags for my daughter and her classmates at the beginning of every school year for the passed 5 1/2 years, since the school she attends don’t allow sweets nor candy products. I brought at least 30 bags each year so each kid can take 1 to snack on and take the rest home. I fell like I’ve let these little guys down, thinking I was doing something healthy.
I just filled out the form and it worked for me just fine. I’ve been buying their pretzels since 2013 when my boyfriend’s grandma got me hooked on them in December 2012. To be quite honest with you, I don’t care that they’re not natural but money is money and I definitely need some. Also, I don’t understand how they can deny the allegations when it’s clear on the packaging that not all of their ingredients are natural, lol.
I’ve bought many bags of these pretzels through the years and am pretty disappointed. Kept completing the form and error message popped up every time and had to re-do! I disabled Google Chrome Ad-Blocker and then it worked fine!

I’ve bought the Cape Cod, potato chips 20 Plus time from target. Since January 2014 through August 2015, Downtown I have to contact Target for testing receipts and dates?
Snyders snacks have been my kids favorite snacks since 1993.
I bought some on Sunday, and are still in my closet.
I have no receipts, who keeps grocery receipts? I can only guess at the bare minimum I have purchased 2 bags of some kind of Snyders pretzel chips etc per week since 1993. That’s over 22 yrs but claim only starts in 2006

I think some people may be missing the small box where you have to enter the amount of items you are claiming. It took me a few times to find it because my auto form filler had put my state abbreviation in that slot.
I JUST SPENT 30 MINS TRYING TO SUBMITT THIS DAMN CLAIM — WONT GO THRU– THE WAVEY LETTERS AT THE END CANT BE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m with Jeff!!! This is ridiculous! Every time I try to submit my claim it says, “There was a problem submitting the form – please go back, fill in the form and submit it again.” I’ve done it 10 times already at different times & it never works! They are definitely doing this on purpose to frustrate people & that’s Bulls***!!! Don’t give up people, that’s exactly what they want. They want people to say “forget it, it’s only like $10 or $15. Not that big of a deal.” Well screw them! Get what your owed people!!!

I think since everyone seems to be having a problem, it cannot be user error!!!! I had the same problem and when I tried to contact them, nothing came up in order for me to contact anyone. This is not acceptable!!! I spent a lot of time putting in all the information!!!!
I have used enjoyed Snyders products for as long as I can remember.I bought them every time I went to the store for my kids and family.I am very disappointed that these products werent what was advertised.
This form sucks first product is miss represented. Then you. Can’t file the claim what a joke. Maybe we need to file a claim on the claim
