Class Eligibility:

Anyone who used a credit card or debit card at a Southwest ticket counter (between 10/17/07 and 10/30/12) or cargo counter (10/17/07 and 1/25/13) and received a printed receipt.

Estimated Amount:

The settlement estimates that claims will be paid at between $25 and $200 depending on the number of valid claims made.
