Trying to find out if this settlement has been done yet?
ADMIN – Hi Lilian,
This one was paid out long time ago.
I have a check post marked 10/06/2016 From This Lawsuit But The Check Has Expired How Can I Get A New Check Issued
ADMIN – Hi Sherria,
You can’t. The admin is no longer available.
I submitted my documentation and have not received a response back.
ADMIN – Hi Merari,
You are way too late to escalate. This settlement was paid many months ago and you no longer have recourse. In the future please follow us on Facebook or frequently check the official page for each of the settlements you file in order to make sure you have sufficient time to escalate should you not receive your check.
I have a check dates 10/6/2016 can it be reissued?
ADMIN – Hi Kelsey,
No, usually administration closes shop after a few months of having issued the checks. The money left over becomes part of a second distribution or is given to charities.
