I received a letter stating Your Refund has Arrived gave me a URL to enter. When I enter it goes to Starbucks cashstar but says the URL is not good.

    ADMIN – Hi Maribel,

Please reach out to the class action administrator using the info we provided above.

    • Crystal says:

So now it’s on US to write an actual physical letter, pay postage, and research ourselves why the class action website doesn’t work, and none of our refund links work?! I smell something fishy!!! Maybe the payout will be kept by the lawyers, unless people diligently work for their few cents refund.

      ADMIN – Hi Crystal,

Thank you for voicing your opinion. Yes, it is on you to reach out and ask for a corrected link on the email. Rest assured the judge will eventually realize that there is a problem and ask the admin to correct their mistake but meanwhile it would make sense to reach out.

Hi: I also received a letter stating “Your Refund has Arrived” with a URL that resolved to “Page Not Found”.
I took your advice above and called “Heffler Claims Group” at the above #: 1-855-486-7369
This # has a recorded message saying that it’s been disconnected.
    So I went to
Then I got an error message: Resource Not FoundThe resource you were looking for could not be found
I assume that the lawfirm has been paid and done a deal with Starbucks to ensure that nobody receives any compensation?

    ADMIN – Hi Soho,

    Contact Heffler at 844.777.8055

    • GENE JONES says:

This is a scam. Look, see and taste like it. The email address and the phone number given on the letter basically wasted a lot of our time. I think Starbucks should take the initiative to resolve this embarrassing situation in order to improve their image; otherwise, there are lots of coffee houses that I can go to. I feel like I got screwed twice.

  3. Russell Hamer says:

The URL for the settlement does not work.

    ADMIN – Hi Russell,

When class are closed the admin shuts down the page.

  4. Dorothy Colby says:

The URL you listed on my refund form does not work and the phone number listed on the form does not give an option to speak to someone regarding this issue. I tried the phone number listed above as well and it is out of service. What is going on? Thank you!

    ADMIN – Hi Dorothy,

    Try this 844.777.8055

  5. Heidi Housel says:

I received the letter as well in the mail. I’ve tried to enter URL and called. The URL is INVALID and the phone number provided is just a recording. Please explain why?

    ADMIN – Hi Heidi,

I can’t explain why because I am not in charge of distribution. If you scroll up you will see the number for class counsel. Give them a call.

  6. Michael Jawitz says:

I received the claims letter along with several other people I know. None of the links work. Seems like they really went out of there way to make this a system that you give up. Maybe another lawsuit against them for this tangled way of redeeming should be considered

  7. Mike says:

Hello, I also am not able to get any response or URL links to work. I see that you have provided an updated # of 844-777-8055, I have left a message on option 3, over 3 days ago and have not received a reply. This is unacceptable and very frustrating, we the people of good faith that this was a sound good settlement, and to be handled in an organized fashion, and again are getting taken advantage of, very sad.

  8. L. Franks says:

I got my letter, and was able to get the URL, printed it out and went to Starbucks with the $10 E-Gift and told it was NOT GOOD! I was very embarrassed! Now, what do we do? The Attorneys got their money and gone, and we are stuck with inconvenience and nothing.

    ADMIN – Hi L,

Have you contacted the class action admin?

  9. Judy Caldera says:

Has anyone here been able to contact anyone regarding the bad links and phone numbers??? Do I request info from the case name (superior court) or the contact name (Philadelphia)?

  10. Sheri says:

Same issue. Im so sick of these scams. Is everyone working on Starbucks’ side and trying to make it look like they arent?

    ADMIN – Hi Sheri,

I doubt there is a conspiracy It looks like a clerical mistake to me.

  11. Ralph Frank says:

As most stated above, I could not reach anyone or any link/website given to me in the letter of my entitlement from the Court claim group’s administrator.

Even though the reimbursed amounts are small I am dismayed by the lack of professionalism by the attorneys handling this action on behalf of numerous innocent plaintiffs like myself. Hopefully this isn’t another scam by Starbucks?

    ADMIN – Hi Ralph,

    I don’t think it is.

  12. Shawndra Scanlon says:

Yep nothing I do works 🙁

  13. Robert Small says:

Same problem. I will reach out to Starbucks and ask them to credit my Gold Card with a sandwich or so.

  14. Leticia avila says:

Hi Leticia here, I am having the same problems u all are having , this is very frustrating. What to do now. ……….lawsuit

  15. D says:

    Same problem here!! What’s next??

    ADMIN – Hi D,

I would contact the admin or Starbucks customer service.

  16. Lynn says:

None of the URL link worked for me……..
And I do see many people are having the same problem….

  17. Keith T. says:

I received a letter that had a bad URL. Called 844.777.8055 and they told me they would send out an email with a correct one. Stay tuned.

  18. sharon c. says:

None of the URL does not work.

    ADMIN – Hi Sharon,

I heard from the admin that they will send a new URL that actually works

  19. Lina says:

2 letters received, and none of the URL worked.
Called 3 times to 844-777-8055. Said they would give me a new code by email.
Never happened. Should I even call again?????
    Is this a scam???

    ADMIN – Hi Lina,

Not a scam, just a mistake made by the admin. Call again.

  20. Lucia White says:

This is ridiculous! It is a scam until it is fixed. You people need a “Come to Jesus” moment! LOL This just makes the legal profession look like that it’s all about the money for them and not the consumer. I bet if you guys had to use a URL to get what is due you it would have been handled in 5 minutes. Karma is real!

  21. Tatiana Barnes says:

Hello I have moved since the new year and i have not received my letter of credit i have contacted the above number as well as called a number i seen in the comments i would like someone to contact me thanks

    ADMIN – Hi Tatiana,

This one was paid a long time ago. I don’t think you will have any success getting your credits reissued.

    • Tatiana Barnes says:

How would I go about checking

      ADMIN – Hi Tatiana,

This settlement was paid a long time ago. Chances are all the monies have been distributed.
