  7. Venus G. says:

T-Mobile is a rip off, purchased two phones and neither of them worked. I had serious headaches, trying to get my money back. They have no customer service etiquette.

  8. Steven Irvin says:

Had TMobile while in the Marine Corps in SanDiego from ’05-’07, had such a headache with them I switched to AT&T and been with them ever since. I remember getting a replacement phone in a generic brown box without even same model charger… Wonder how this is going to unfold? Cant really see satisfaction through this enough to ever want to go back to them.

  9. Janet Kama says:

TMOBILE charged me $700 for a phone that they say was never received when I had the tracking number and receipt to show it was dropped off to UPS. I was given a replacement phone and sure enough same issues with the phone and definitely was definitely not a brand new phone. SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH IT MOBILE. Still fighting with the Reps at T-Mobile to explain to me why my bills are so high $800 a month to running into you at Palm Springs.

  10. TINA JUAREZ says:

I STILL OWE ON MY TMOBILE ACCOUNT FROM 2007 FOR TWO LINES THAT I REFUSE TO PAY SO MUCH FOR A REFURBISHED PHONE! DEF GETTING IN ON THIS CLAIM! SUCH A RIP OFF NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK TO TMOBILE THE SERVICE AND PHONES SUCK! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP WHICH COST ME TONS OF MONEY AND LOOKS BAD ON MY CREDIT REPORT!

I received my settlement check yesterday. What’s funny is I didn’t think I was going to get anything from the class action lawsuit after I sent off my form I figured the case would go on for some time.

I received and award settlement in 2017. Will I need to report the distribution on my taxes? Will I receive a 1099-Misc?

    ADMIN – Hi T,

We can’t give you tax advice, but generally speaking the majority of settlements are considered miscellaneous income.
