Class Eligibility

You are a member of the class if you are the owner of one or several guns made by Taurus. The following models are included:

  • PT-111 Millennium
  • PT-132 Millennium
  • PT-138 Millennium
  • PT-140 Millennium
  • PT-145 Millennium
  • PT-745 Millennium
  • PT-609
  • PT-640
  • PT-24/7

Here is a breakdown of the benefits:

  • Safety Training: The training will address the operation and handling of the pistols affected by the class action settlement. Click here for more information.
  • Payment Option: If Class Members opt to return their pistols to Taurus, they will receive a payment of up to $200, if 10,000 pistols are returned. The amount Class Members will receive will drop, if more than 10,000 pistols are returned. The minimum Class Members will receive is $31. Taurus will also cover the shipping costs to return the handguns.
  • Enhanced Warranty: Class Members will be able to submit a warranty claim at any time, under the terms of the deal. If a warranty claim is submitted, Taurus will inspect, repair, and/or replace the pistol, if necessary, at no cost to the Class Members. Taurus will also cover all shipping costs.
